Data, analytics & insights

In a fast-moving market, up-to-date information is not a luxury but the beating heart of the organisation. We turn raw data into insight you can actually steer on — from a sharp research question to a live dashboard with an AI copilot in your own brand style. The acceleration driven by AI makes analysis faster and more accessible, but only on a foundation of clean data and clear governance. Strategy and working delivery, for SMEs, multinationals and the public sector.

Data, analytics & insights

From research question to data needs

Every engagement starts with a clearly formulated question. We help sharpen it into something measurable, determine which internal and external sources are already available, and where needed set up targeted data collection — triggers, tags and events that consistently capture the right signals.

Where full audience research was once technically and financially out of reach, big data and AI now make iterative, A/B-tested insight feasible. With natural-language queries, someone without SQL knowledge can now put questions to the data directly. We translate those possibilities into a concrete, affordable approach that matches your maturity.

  • Research question translated into measurable KPIs
  • Inventory of existing internal and external data sources
  • Setup of triggers, tags and events for reliable measurement

What AI is changing in BI right now

Over the past two years, analytics has fundamentally accelerated. LLM copilots are now built into the tools you already use: Power BI Copilot writes DAX formulas, summarises reports in plain language and answers questions in ordinary sentences. As a result, not every question has to go through an analyst — the team reaches an answer faster on its own.

At the same time, models do the heavy lifting that used to be left undone: AI forecasting of demand, revenue or churn, and anomaly detection that flags deviations before they surface in a monthly report. AI agents string steps together — pull data, analyse, summarise — into a draft answer that a human then checks. We set this up soberly: AI accelerates and signals, the human decides.

  • Copilots for formulas, summaries and natural-language questions
  • Forecasting and anomaly detection on your own figures
  • AI agents that link analysis steps together — under human oversight

Analysis that reveals patterns and anomalies

Real analysis goes beyond a table: we look for patterns, expose anomalies and uncover correlations in larger datasets with the right algorithms and AI models. The technology does the number-crunching and offers a first reading, but interpretation and the choice of next steps remain human work — and that is where the value sits.

This shifts research from a static snapshot to a continuous learning process, where each measurement sharpens the next decision. And where AI proposes a pattern or forecast, we check the assumption behind it before any decision follows.

Data quality and governance: the foundation for trustworthy AI

AI does not make analysis better on its own — it only makes mistakes faster and more convincing. A copilot running on messy or duplicate data will give a wrong answer with full confidence. That is why clean, well-defined data matters more than ever: clear definitions, one source of truth, and a record of who is responsible for what.

We set up data quality and governance pragmatically, so that AI output stays traceable and explainable — essential for the public sector and for any organisation accountable for its figures. Not a black box, but insight whose origin you can point to.

  • Unambiguous definitions and one shared source of truth
  • Ownership and governance assigned per data source
  • Traceable, explainable output as the basis for AI use

Reporting and dashboards in your brand style

PowerPoint and Excel were once the standard, but no longer meet the demand for real-time insight. We build dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik and Looker that act as a single filter over your data sources and present information consistently — in your own brand style, at the interval you want and on any device, with an AI copilot for whoever prefers to type a question rather than click a filter.

The result: one source of truth where management, marketing, finance and operations see the same picture and can decide faster, with evidence behind it.

  • Web, campaign and social media statistics
  • Business, finance and logistics statistics
  • SEO, HR and research statistics

In practice: WOZ dashboards with the Waarderingskamer

A telling example: in close collaboration with the Waarderingskamer (the Dutch authority overseeing property valuation) we developed several WOZ dashboards, focused on managing and monitoring objection-handling processes. Lead times, workload and quality became visible at a glance, so management and the board could adjust in time.

Exactly where data, analytics and presentation meet: from raw process data to steering information people actually act on.

Start with a baseline of your data maturity

Not every organisation is at the same point. With our maturity scan we map where you stand on data quality, governance, tooling and analytical capability — and, now that AI is in the toolbox, also whether your data is ready to use those new possibilities safely.

This avoids investing in expensive dashboards or AI copilots on a shaky foundation and builds, step by step, towards insight that stays reliable.

Voucher, interim or transformation — we meet you where you are

Whether it is a first step funded by a digitalisation or advisory voucher, an interim CMO professionalising the data function, or a broader digital transformation including responsible AI use: we work from strategy to working delivery and stay involved until it is embedded in the organisation.

As a team — Tom for strategy and transformation, Lars as business analyst for data and BI — we deliver both sides of the story: direction and proof.
